Limit of Liability
User agrees that the use of the PokemonCraft's services is entirely at User's own risk. PokemonCraft's services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, constructive, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
PokemonCraft makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the PokemonCraft's services. In no event shall PokemonCraft be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the PokemonCraft's services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
User agrees to indemnify and hold PokemonCraft harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of User's Files or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes:
- User's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
- Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within User's Files.
To ensure the privacy of kids, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Only a user name that they have chosen and information related to the game (such as Pokémon they have, badges earned, etc) is available to other members.
Any personal information provided to PokemonCraft will not be sold or given out.

Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use and visit pokemoncraft.com, and how we safeguard your information. Log Files
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.
Cookies and Web Beacons
We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums.
We also use third party advertisements on pokemoncraft.com to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).
DoubleClick DART cookies
We also may use DART cookings for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests (”interest based targeting”). The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history (For example, if you have been viewing sites about visiting Las Vegas, you may see Las Vegas hotel advertisements when viewing a non-related site, such as on a site about hockey). DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. PokemonCraft tarafından toplanan kişisel bilgiler satılmayacaktır ve saklı tutulacaktır.

PokemonCraft hangi sebepten olursa olsun yapılmış maddi bağış ücretlerini geri vermemektedir. PokemonCraft hizmetlerinin gelişmesi adına yaptığınız bağışlardan dolayı PokemonCraft sizlere herhangi bir hizmet vermek zorunda değildir.
Kullanıcı yaptığı tüm bağışları karşılıksız ve karşılık beklemeden yaptığını kabul eder.
